The unique flat bottom helps the crunchy corn tacos stay upright, making them easy to fill and hold.
Just add 600g of lean beef mince, 1 small onion, 2 handfuls of lettuce and rocket mix, mixed cherry tomatoes and grated cheese to taste. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the onion until soft. Sizzle and stir the meat over high heat for about 5 minutes. Add the taco spice mix and ½ cup of water, then simmer until the sauce thickens and smells yummy.
Make tacos extra crunchy by preheating the oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Remove the taco shells from the plastic, keep the heatproof wedge inside the shells to retain their shape, fan the tacos slightly apart on an oven tray and heat for 5 minutes. The taco shells are not suitable for microwave use. Load the tacos with tasty beef, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, top with saucy salsa and cheese. Add pickled red onions by tossing sliced red onion with lime juice. Vegetarian? Simply swap the meat for beans. This product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
